Rue—you speak in poetry—the poetry of intelligent compassion, of humour, of wisdom and of modesty. I often feel lifted out of myself just by your beautiful and apt choice of words. You cut to the heart of a situation with no fuss and with great gentleness, all of which imparts a great sense of safety. Your presence combines stillness and purpose in a way I have never before encountered. Although I am sure your reaching this point represents a very long journey on your part, it sits so lightly on you. Thank you for making this journey on behalf of us all.
