Does EFT in a Large Group Make you Nervous?
When you first read about the EFT Circle that I am starting, did you think “Oh, I’d really like to do that, it is just what I need! Oh…but I have never done a teleclass before. It is unfamiliar – that makes me anxious. I don’t know how to do this. I am shy in a group.”
I really want you to re-consider this! I had those same thoughts when I first learned about teleclasses.
A Low-Stress Low-Risk EFT Circle Primer
I am going to offer a complimentary class for you to try out, so you can experience in a low risk way how teleclasses are a good option for a highly sensitive individual.
You may find, of course, that teleclasses are not the best modality for you personally. That in itself is a good learning.
But keep your mind open, because look what is possible:
- You can speak if you want to, and if you don’t, no one will notice. This is a remarkable way to be fully present AND invisible! What a combination for a sensitive soul.
- There are no expectations, so no performance anxiety.
- is nothing you have to “get right” or “do perfectly.” You don’t even have to “make yourself” do something hard, or “soldier on” when you don’t feel like it.

- You can introduce yourself to EFT, learning it easily and painlessly in these teleclasses. AND/OR you can deepen your understanding and learn some new tricks.
- You can learn how effective EFT can be over the telephone. If you are a practitioner this experience will help you to expand the effectiveness of your practice.
- You can feel proud of yourself for mastering a new technology! (You will be surprised at how easy it is…)
- Having a sensitive temperament, you naturally want to help other people – but it is so easy to get overwhelmed and lose your own sense of self.
