Findhorn Retreat 2010
Spiritual Freedom Techniques:
Free Yourself To Be Who You Really Are
Rue Hass assisted by Findhorn community member Pia Mark
Saturday July 3-6, 2010
Findhorn Foundation, Scotland
Do you feel the weight of all the ‘shoulds’ on your shoulders? Do you sometimes wish, ‘If only I could be who I really am?’
Would you would like to access your own guidance and wisdom instead of depending on other people or sources for the truth about yourself? You can learn to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help dissolve whatever is in the way.
EFT is like yoga for the emotions and the spirit. With gentle tapping on stress relief points of the body, it can provide relief from physical and emotional pain, and a way through any trauma or beliefs that have been blocking your truth.
This workshop will support you wherever you are along your spiritual path, clearing the way for you to be more fully, deeply, easily and gracefully YOU.
Join us to learn more about:
- finding your voice
- standing up for yourself
- feeling safe and at home in your body
- changing your story from sad to glad
- discovering and trusting your own inner guidance
- “putting yourself out there” with confidence and anticipation
This retreat would also be a wonderful way to experience the Findhorn community, where I was on staff for seven years many years ago. Living there created the basis for the sense of spirituality that nourishes and sustains me today.
