When you first read about the EFT Circle that I am starting, did you think "Oh, I'd really like to do that, it is just what I need! Oh...but I have never done a teleclass before. It is unfamiliar - that makes me anxious. I don't know how to do this. I am shy in a group."

A Low-Stress Low-Risk EFT Circle Primer

I am going to offer two complimentary classes for you to try out, so you can experience in a low risk way how teleclasses are a good option for a highly sensitive individual.

You may find, of course, that teleclasses are not the best modality for you personally. That in itself is a good learning.

But keep your mind open, because look what is possible:

You can speak if you want to, and if you don't, no one will notice. This is a remarkable way to be fully present AND invisible! What a combination for a sensitive soul.

Having a sensitive temperament, you naturally want to help other people - but it is so easy to get overwhelmed and lose your own sense of self.
